• Issuing your digital Data Wipe Certificate
• Compliance with government identity verification rules for secondhand electronics

3. Device Data & Military-Grade Wiping

We mandate that all sellers perform a factory reset before handing over devices. After collection, our technical team performs a certified, non-recoverable data eradication process in accordance with NIST 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-M standards before any device enters the refurbishment chain.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with logistics agents dispatched to fulfill your pickup or law enforcement agencies when mandated by court order or statutory requirement.
