Welcome to CashMyGadget (RIFTX TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED). By booking an evaluation or selling a device through our platform, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Eligibility & Legal Age

You must be at least 18 years old to sell any electronic device. By completing a transaction, you certify that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding sales contract in India.

2. Ownership Verification & Stolen Device Policy

You affirm that you are the sole and lawful owner of the device. The device must be completely unencumbered, not subject to any finance/EMI lock, and not reported as stolen or lost. A valid government photo ID is mandatory for verification at the time of pickup.

3. Price Evaluation & Doorstep Inspection

The initial quote generated online is based on the answers you provide regarding functional condition, physical wear, and accessories. The final purchase amount is confirmed during the physical diagnosis by our technician. If discrepancies are discovered, a revised fair-market quote will be provided. You reserve full right to accept or decline the updated quote.

4. Instant Payment & Transfer of Title

Ownership and title to the device transfer immediately to CashMyGadget upon execution of digital payment (Instant UPI or IMPS bank transfer). Once payment has successfully left our bank account, transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled.
