You must be at least 18 years of age to sell a device using our platform. By using our service, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device being sold.

2. Device Ownership

You affirm that the device you’re selling is legally owned by you, not blacklisted, stolen, or under any financial obligation. We reserve the right to reject devices failing verification.

3. Price Evaluation

Our instant price is an estimate. Final pricing is determined after a physical inspection. If discrepancies are found, we may revise the offer or decline the transaction.

4. Pickup & Verification

Devices are collected via scheduled pickup. The device must match the condition described. Verification is done at pickup and must be completed before payment.

5. Payments

Payment is made instantly after successful verification, via UPI or cash. Bank delays are not our liability once payment is initiated.

6. Data & Privacy

You are responsible for erasing all data from your device before pickup. We are not liable for any data left on the device. Read our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at our discretion. Updates to these terms will be posted on our website.
